We are in a place tonight where nations have the opportunity to recognize... We have an opportunity for God to birth and release and commission something in the spirit tonight.
I SAID JESUS IS PASSING BY!
YOUR MIRACLE HEALING ANOINTING IS PASSING BY!
I feel like blind Bartimaeus shouting out all the more – JESUS.... SON OF DAVID.... HAVE MERCY ON ME!
We can’t wait another decade. We have to take what might be in the birth pangs, what might be in the womb, and whenever everyone else is saying it is a ghost... be careful.
There is something on the inside of me when they say “be quiet” .... there is something on the inside of me that says JESUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUS!!!
And we’re not going to go away!!
We’re hungry and we want Jesus!!
Worship: Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus.... Don’t pass us by, Lord.
Can you see the Lord? Can you recognize Him? It’s our hour of visitation – I’m talking about the world. .... every city. We have an opportunity for a network of revival. I want to see Him come and fill every wineskin... every water canal.
Who’s been getting ready? This is the hour! And I can recognize him. And I can see him! And when religion and controversy says “be quiet,” we cry out all the more! Jesus!!
Why is it when Jesus was resurrected from the dead he appeared to two disciples on the road to Emmaus... he appeared in a different form. He didn’t come the way they were used to. Some people cannot receive, they cannot see Jesus in this form (Todd points to himself).
People may not be able to receive and recognize Jesus in this form (points to Rick Pino).
Why was it when Jesus rose from the dead and he came to the disciples who knew Him in another form, that he chose to come in ANOTHER form?
I think when God has moved throughout history it has been in the unlikely places. And some of the unlikely faces! And maybe we didn’t see it coming. I didn’t see it coming. And I didn’t see the favor with God TV coming. And I didn’t see God putting it together, but all of a sudden is beginning to happen and it is so much bigger than any man.
....and when Jesus appeared in a different form, He went on as if He was going to... (Todd demonstrates passing on by).
And the Bible says THEY CONSTRAINED HIM.
But He didn’t really reveal who He was until they were in the house already... not until they invited Him into the house. They weren’t even sure about the form yet!
There are still people asking questions about Lakeland – “is it really an outpouring, is it really revival, is it really a move of God?”
They already invited Him into the house before they knew who He really was.
The nations are watching... And they are saying “is that God, or is that a ghost?” But if we can’t recognize Him in a different form... in a different sound....!!!
And when they invited Him into the house and they broke bread, that is when their eyes were opened and they saw Him.
When Jesus was going to pass by, they said “We aint gonna let you” ..and they constrained Him, because something in their hearts burned!!!
WHILE WE WALKED AND TALKED WITH HIM ON THE ROAD, SOMETHING IN OUR HEARTS BURNED!!
Can you go by the burning in your heart. I might not have on a suit and tie, I might not sound as good as every other preacher, but can you go by what’s burning in your heart.
Can you feel it burning in your heart?
And are you ready to say “I don’t even know what it is yet, but I want it to come into my house... I want it to come into my boat, and we say, Jesuuuuuuus! “
Remember the story of the demoniac – when he got set free. They didn’t like the deliverance; they didn’t like the manifestations of the man being set free of a 1000 demons. Because all of the demons went out of the man and went into the pigs, and the pigs went over the cliff.
And they drove Jesus out of the region.
They said, “We don’t want you and your deliverance in our region. We don’t like it.” And I don’t know why they didn’t like it. Maybe it was wrecking their pig farming business! All their swine went over the cliff! No good for business! Especially if you are a farming hog community.
Sometimes when revival shows up, it isn’t good for our religious business! It doesn’t fit into our box, doesn’t fit into our schedule, and we don’t like our people going to the revival, and we don’t like our people manifesting... we don’t like people talking about miracles and resurrection from the dead and we don’t want any preachers like that preacher on TV – we don’t like him!
I believe tonight is a commissioning... tonight is a birthing...
Now, I’m not puttin’ arms and legs on it, but I know something’s coming down the canal and I’m here... whether I’m here for the next 60 days or for the next 12 months, I made a commitment to the outpouring... I made a commitment to steward the anointing... I made a commitment to the world... I made a commitment to every nation.
My God, I’m hungry, I’m thirsty.... My God, we need a revival...
My God, we need an awakening!!!
Worship: Don’t pass us by, Lord.... don’t pass us by, Lord...
I’m not here for a healing meeting... I’m here to birth something out of the womb...
(Crowd is crying out – JESUS - spontaneous praise)
Now, we’ve been doing a lot of screaming... a lot of birthing... I just feel in my Spirit we need to be saturated with the presence of the living God.
SOMETHING HAS BROKEN LOOSE!
I believe these next 10 nights a crucial. I have received so many prophetic voices that say that come the first week of June we are going to go into high gear.
There is going to be an acceleration. And prophetic words about June 22 to July 22 – the glory is coming in its fullness. So, we have really only just begun. We might be 57 nights of revival, but we’ve only just begun!
Worship: Your love is like the ocean, we’re drowning in Your presence.. Getting lost in the gaze of your eyes....getting lost in the warmth of your smile...
Your love is like the rain...sweetness overflows...pouring from your lips....kisses from above...let the Heavens drip...
The glory, the glory, the glory. Receive the rain! Receive the glory! Come on! It’s coming, its coming, its coming! Glory, glory, glory!
Worship: Hallelujah...! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
That’s one wave tonight! Drown us tonight....saturate us....marinate us...soak us! Get lost. Get caught up! This is what you came for. You came for the presence of Jesus. I’m going home if I don’t have His glory...if I don’t have His presence.
It’s time to receive. He’s coming! The Holy Spirit is coming! The glory is coming down! You’ve got to receive the glory!
Worship: I love Your face... love Your kisses... love Your embrace... love Your presence...!!
Just let Him kiss you! Is that too intimate for you? Kiss the Son. The Bible says Kiss the son! Can you be that close? We’re talking about sons and daughters.
My heart burns! My heart burns! I’ve got to have His presence. I’ve gotta have His embrace!
COME ON! THIS IS WHAT THE OUTPOURING IS ALL ABOUT! KISS US!
I love the face of Jesus! I love the face of Jesus!
Father, I pray for Your presence. Father, I pray for an outpouring of Your Spirit... an outpouring of Your glory!
Dear Saints, I believe we ask Him tonight that this visitation would become an outpouring of His glory. I just believe we have an opportunity in the spirit right now to ask Him for His presence... I want more glory...!!!
I love His face... this is a revival of His face! I love His kisses!
Lord, this is a house... this is a boat... this is a temple you can come into... because we love Your presence! Please... tell Him you love His presence!
Worship: I will search all through the night... I will search all through the night... I will search all through the night... when I find him I won’t let Him go!
Come and awaken love! Come and awaken love!
He’s coming! Receive it!

I have an announcement to make tonight. I’ve just got the confirmation on the 14th resurrection of the dead!!!
FOURTEEN PEOPLE HAVE BEEN RAISED FROM THE DEAD!!!
I’m telling you... something is going to be commissioned and released in the spirit and it’s only just begun!
I believe for the first time in this outpouring I can boldly declare that resurrection life and power is about to be called into the Body of Christ!
And I believe tonight there is going to be a special anointing that comes on the Body of Christ... we’re gonna call the Body of Christ into another level. All over the world.
I want you to understand... people get raised from the dead, but Jesus said I AM THE RESURRECTION. Do you know what resurrection is? JESUS.
I believe there is coming a revival of the resurrection of the dead... when the dead being raised will become as common as any other miracle!
I asked God what’s going on. He said IT’S ABOUT TO BECOME COMMON.
We’re moving into a day where God is demonstrating his glory and power and He is getting the attention of the nations of the world. God said, “Todd, I want you to declare resurrection life and power. I want you to declare all the Body of Christ into the anointing, and I want you to release resurrection life and power and call those who are at death’s door.”
I told you last night as a prophetic word that the Lord spoke to me that we were so close to our 14th resurrection. I will tell you the story. A young boy was clinically dead 8 minutes in the hospital – CPR – the electric shocks – he wasn’t comin’ back.
This boy died on Monday night. And I got the report today. We called the grandfather. The grandfather said
JESUS CHRIST RAISED OUR GRANDSON FROM THE DEAD!!!
Kira, Todd’s associate, brings up a friend of the family’s. The boy’s name is Jimmy. She says she felt it was urgent to pray in the spirit for Jimmy while she was in the meeting Monday night. She didn’t know he had died, but she felt an urgency in the spirit to pray. She put it in the spirit while everyone was praying in intercession for more people to be raised from the dead.
He had been in a car accident, he was burned. He was on life support, they had him in a coma. He died and was dead for 8 minutes. This lady called Jimmy’s grandmother later and asked how Jimmy was. The grandmother said they had lost him, but he came back!
I was told today he is in the hospital and doing better than he was before he died! And that he is off all the life support! Come on! Let’s thank God! He died for 8 minutes. This miracle happened in Lexington, Kentucky.
If I can pray for the dear to hear, for the leper to be cleansed, and for the lame to walk, then why can’t I pray for the dead to be raised?!!!
I love it tonight... people are saying, Todd, by the way, while you are praying for hernias, cancers, diabetes, and financial breakthrough, would you mind popping in a few prayer requests for the dead to be raised?!
That’s how we are going to do it – when the Body of Christ says IT’S TIME TO RELEASE RESURRECTION LIFE! Who’s on page with me. I want to see the dead raised!
I want you to stand up with me tonight. Let me tell you what the Lord promised me.
Out of Ephesians 1:17 – THAT THE GOD OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, THE FATHER OF GLORY, MAY GIVE TO US THE SPIRIT OF WISDOM AND REVELATION IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF HIM ... WHICH IS ACCORDING TO THE WORKING OF HIS MIGHTY POWER.
Paul the Apostle is praying for the church to come into the revelation of the exceeding greatness of His power towards us who believe. That power towards us works according to the power that works within us. There is a mighty power that works on the inside and a power that is available on the outside.
INSIDE – WORKING OF HIS MIGHTY POWER. How does the outside anointing work? The exceeding greatness of His power towards us who believe – that’s the key – who believes in the exceeding greatness of his power? But, that power works (energy) according to the working of His power. Now the working of His power is the power that is working inside.
The dunamis, dynamo, dynamite-generating power of the Holy Spirit that is on the inside of the believer... and the power that is on the outside of the believer... and the power that is on the inside of us works according to the working of His mighty power within us.... and then it releases an explosion of – DOMINION, AUTHORITY, AND POWER.
When I stepped into the meeting tonight I heard the Lord say to me that He was going to call the Body of Christ – not just because of the meetings in Lakeland - but he was ready to cause a decree to go forward tonight where he was about to activate many people in this room and many people watching – where the resurrection of the dead was going to become a common part of your church and ministry!
Don’t tell me it ain’t gospel because this is what Jesus said in the Great Commission – AS YOU GO PREACH, SAYING THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS AT HAND.
You ain’t gonna raise the dead if you don’t pray for the dead! You ain’t gonna heal the sick if you don’t pray for the sick!
We can lift up our voice right now and begin to call forth resurrection life and power!
LET THE DEAD BE RAISED!
Jesus said I AM THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE.
If people are healed, it is because Jesus is here. When people are saved, it’s because Jesus is here. When the captives are set free it’s because Jesus is here. If I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, the kingdom of God has come upon you. Casting out devils is the kingdom of God!
In Luke 9:2 - He said preach the gospel and heal the sick. When the sick are healed, that’s the kingdom. When the dead are raised, that’s the kingdom.
if you get a hold of Jesus, what do you have? LIFE. When the dead are raised, it’s Jesus. If you really have Jesus, then why shouldn’t the life come to the dead?
If we have Jesus then people at death’s door (terminal illness, terminal sickness, terminal cancer) should be healed because Jesus is the resurrection and the life.
CHRIST IN YOU, THE HOPE OF GLORY
Where there is a spirit of death, I release resurrection life and power!
I feel a dominion in the room tonight to step into what John G. Lake walked in. I’m talking dominion over death – dominion over sin – dominion over sickness. I got a revelation that I HAVE THE SPIRIT OF RESURRECTION!!
Now, we’re starting to think about it. Say: “Romans 8:11"
I (WE) HAVE THE SPIRIT THAT RAISED JESUS FROM THE DEAD
Now, I have a whole new perspective when I look at death – not just physical death, but spiritual death, infirmity, and sickness, and disease (terminal sickness and terminal disease).
JESUS IS RESURRECTION. How many of you have Jesus? Then you should EXPECT RESURRECTION!!!
That means if there is death in your body, you should expect life! If there is death in your marriage, you should expect life! Death in your finances and business, you should expect life!
I’m calling the Body of Christ in resurrection life! I’m calling the Body of Christ into resurrection power!
And I am declaring Romans 1:4 – Jesus was declared to be the Son of God with power according to the spirit of holiness by the resurrection of the dead.
I’m calling the church into a higher place in the Kingdom. And I am saying RELEASE THE CHRIST THAT’S IN YOU – THE HOPE OF GLORY.
(Todd begins to pray for the ones that have died and prayer requests were made)
Oh I can hear some of you saying, “Oh, we’re out there now – we’re praying for the dead to be raised!”
Father, I command the dead to be raised!
(Todd calls for those with terminal illness/disease to come to the altar)
The whole gospel is about resurrection. The whole gospel is about life. How can you have Jesus and death not be defeated?!!! Jesus conquered death and the grave!!
That’s what I am releasing! That is what I am prophesying to you now!
The Lord told me that tonight something was going to break out and we were going to hear testimonies of resurrections in India, in Pakistan, in America, in England, in Europe, in the hospital raised up off the death bed. There are millions watching right now – and it’s life or death!
Defeat death! Defeat death! Declare it!
I prophesy people are going to be raised from the dead! Can you hear the word of the Lord? Pull on it! Pull on it!
I’m commissioning people to raise the dead! I am commissioning resurrection life! I’m commissioning resurrection power! Ministries that are going to raise the dead are being birthed! That gift of faith! That gift of faith! I call the Body of Christ into faith!!!
